Villa Candelaria · Diriomo, Granada
Who we are
Villa Candelaria is a project of John Garra, Andrés Gómez and Henry Villarreal. We are three people, not a company with a sales floor.
The project
Three people, one piece of land
The layout of the subdivision — the run of the streets, the size of the lots, the green areas — was done by John Garra, architect. The topographic survey and the cadastral plan were done by Eng. Bosco Javier Morgan Mercado, MTI 5364.
We are a small project. There is no call centre and no sales force: when you write on WhatsApp you are answered by one of the same three people in the photograph on this page. That means we sometimes take a few hours to reply, and it also means nobody is going to promise you something that is not then kept.
If you later want to build, we can help you with the drawings. It is what we do every day.
What we bought
This is how the land stood in 2021
When we arrived, this was bush. The side road was dirt, the frontage on the highway was closed over with scrub, and there was no wall and no sign. We have put the photographs from that day beside the ones from now so that you can see exactly what has been done and what is still outstanding.
2021 · the side road
Today · the perimeter wall
The concrete wall along the side road went up in 2026. The property is closed in.
2021 · closed over with scrub
Today · the internal street
The internal street in selected material and the marking out of the lots are still in progress; we publish a photograph and a date every time it moves forward.
2021 · the frontage, no sign
Today · the sign from the highway
The entrance wall, with the sign, has stood since early 2023.
2021 · the large trees
Today · the same stand of trees
Mango, avocado, mamón, guava and nancite. The big trees were here before we were and they stay.
And if you would rather not take our word
Check us at the registry
The property is registered as finca 21633, tomo 322, folio 70, asiento 1, at the Public Property Registry of Granada, with cadastral number 63015171439626. With those references, you or your lawyer can order the registry history and the certificate of freedom from encumbrance directly, with us nowhere in the middle.
Let us talk
One of the three answers you
In English or in Spanish, the same day almost always. If you come to Nicaragua, we will show you the property on whatever day you say.
