The Pan-American Highway

On paved highway, not on a dirt track

The property fronts the Pan-American Highway. You reach it in an ordinary car, in the wet season and the dry, without four-wheel drive.

That is not a small thing. There are cheaper subdivisions than this one in this department, and nearly all of them sit several kilometres off the pavement down dirt roads that turn bad in the wet season.
